Popped in for a quick coffee and pastry after having failed to receive any service from the 3 staff in the well-known coffee shop just up the road. Brilliant service from the friendly young guy with the dyed hair at Real Eating! No wait to be served, delivered coffee and pastry to table within minutes. Excellent flat whites, fresh and tasty pastries. How does he do it?! He was running the place single-handed, doing absolutely everything, highly efficiently, great quality. I'm not sure the new government would approve of him having to work alone like that. They might regard his employer as being exploitative, just another rogue business. Give him a break, you guys! And all you potential customers, give it a try. This sort of service deserves attention.

Laura was absolutely wonderful – so polite and genuinely friendly. She went the extra mile to make sure my coffee was just how I liked it, and even took the time to ask how our day was going. AMAZING SERVICE! Especially for staff lone working. I got an iced coffee and a full english and I was amazed at how quickly they came out. I’d like to make a special shoutout to the gentleman with colourful hair, he was incredibly polite and his customer service is on top.

The food was fantastic and fresh! Well priced for the quality. I was served by a lady called Laura she was brilliant with great customer service skills very efficient and just had a really nice smile with service. I had a Tuna toasties (perfection) and the HOMEMADE Bread & Butter Pudding. Took me back to my childhood!!
